3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines range between 2–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather, accessibility, or force majeure events.

4. Delivery Conditions

Products are delivered to the ground floor or accessible entry point. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, stairs, or special handling.

5. Customer Responsibilities
